Islamic Relief urgently seeks support to provide essential humanitarian aid to Palestinian families enduring ongoing hardship in Gaza.
Gaza has experienced constant bombing and an Israeli “total blockade” since an extraordinary escalation started in early October.
Due to this tightening of the already 16-year-old siege, Gaza’s supplies of gasoline, water, and power were entirely cut off for almost two weeks. Even while some humanitarian help has finally been permitted to reach Gaza, it is far from sufficient to address the dire situation there.
Families are facing shortages of clean water and food, and over a million people have been forced to flee to the southern part of Gaza due to an evacuation order.
In Gaza, more than 8,000 people have lost their lives, and about 1,400.
