Cancer warriors Awais Ahmed and Zunaira inaugurated the Shaukat Khanum Squash Tournament at Qayum Stadium in Peshawar, showcasing courage and resilience. The event, in collaboration with the Provincial Sports Ministry, aims to raise funds and awareness for cancer treatment.
The tournament has attracted top squash players, including legendary Qamar Zaman, and offers prizes of Rs 1 lakh and Rs 50 thousand for the winner and runner-up. However, the true winners will be the cancer patients who benefit from the funds raised.
