As the crescent moon transitions and we enter the final, most sacred stretch of Ramadan, the spirit of giving is reaching new heights. In a heartfelt collaboration aimed at uplifting the community, Alkhidmat Foundation, in partnership with Hayrat Yardım, recently distributed essential ration packs to 100 deserving families in Kasur.

This initiative ensures that as we approach the end of the fasting month, no kitchen goes cold and no family feels forgotten.

The Power of the Last Ten Days

The blessed month of Ramadan has now entered its Third Ashra—the ten days of seeking “Najat” (salvation). These moments are incredibly precious as we search for Laylatul Qadr (the Night of Power), a night described in the Holy Quran as being:

“Better than a thousand months.” (97:3)

While we strive to increase our personal worship, it is also the peak time to extend our hands to those in need. It is our chance to ensure that the widows, orphans, and underprivileged families in our neighborhoods can celebrate the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr with dignity and joy.

How You Can Multiply Your Rewards

In these final days, every act of kindness is magnified. Your contributions can provide more than just food; they provide hope and a sense of belonging to those facing hardship.

You can channel your devotion through various forms of Islamic giving:

  • Zakat: Purify your wealth by supporting sustainable relief projects.

  • Sadaqat: Give voluntarily to earn continuous rewards.

  • Zakat al-Fitr (Fitrana): Ensure every child has a meal on Eid morning.

  • Fidya & Kaffarah: Fulfill your religious obligations by feeding the hungry.
