PESHAWAR: Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa organized a special Eid shopping event for orphaned children under its care, allowing them to celebrate the festival with joy and dignity.
Held at a well-known shopping mall in Peshawar, the event gave children the opportunity to pick out new clothes, shoes, toys, bangles, and henna, ensuring they could embrace the festivities like any other child.
A grand iftar and Eid gifts distribution ceremony was also held for children enrolled in its Orphan Care Program, along with their mothers. During the event, Eid gifts and monetary assistance were distributed to brighten their celebrations.
Similarly, a delegation from the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and renowned YouTubers from PK Vine joined the children for the Iftar meal at Aghosh Alkhidmat Peshawar.
Led by SCCI President Fazal Moqeem Khan, the 15-member delegation, along with Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami KP Central Abdul Wasi and Alkhidmat Foundation’s provincial president Khalid Waqas, and other leaders from JI KP extended their support and shared in the evening’s warmth, reinforcing the foundation’s mission of care and compassion.
