Alkhidmat Foundation continues its relief operations for displaced families from Tirah Valley, providing food, warm bedding, clothes, sweaters, medical assistance, and medicines. Thousands of families affected by extreme weather urgently need dry rations, cooked meals, tents, tarpaulins, winter kits, and healthcare.
